I work with many LGBTQ+ individuals navigating questions of identity, belonging, relationships, and self-understanding. Living in a world that often misunderstands or marginalizes queer experiences can shape how we see ourselves and how we move through relationships. I offer an affirming space to explore these experiences openly — whether you are processing past hurts, navigating family or relational dynamics, exploring identity, or seeking a deeper connection to yourself and your community. My work is kink and sex-positive.

Traumatic experiences can leave lasting emotional imprints, often influencing how we understand ourselves, navigate relationships, and respond to stress. In therapy, we approach these experiences with care and curiosity, exploring their meaning and impact over time. Through this process, it can become possible to integrate difficult experiences and develop new ways of relating to yourself and the world.

Depression can feel heavy, isolating, and difficult to put into words. In therapy we can gently explore the emotional experiences, life circumstances, and relational patterns that may be contributing to these feelings. Together we work toward understanding the roots of the depression while making space for self-compassion, and renewed connection to yourself and others.

Many of the ways we relate to others are shaped by early experiences and past relationships. Sometimes patterns emerge that leave us feeling stuck, misunderstood, or repeating dynamics we wish were different. I can provide a space to slow down and explore these patterns, helping you develop greater awareness, flexibility, and more fulfilling ways of connecting with others.
